| Cocktail Recipe: Irish Mudslide |

Fill 12 OZ. presentation glass with ice and dump into blender.
Pour all liquor ingredients over ice. 1/2 oz. Bailys Irish cream, 1/2oz. Kahlua, 3/4 oz. Jameson Irish whiskey.
Add Half & Half or Mudslide Mix; just over top of ice.
Squirt of whipped cream into blender.
Blend until you can see blades at bottom of blender.
Add cocolate shavings to blender.
Blend for 2 count
Pour into presentation glass
Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and a dust of cocoa.
Serve with big straw.
Personally I believe that blended drinks served in a bar or club should be 12 oz. This allows the customer to enjoy a second one.
A 16 oz. blended drink is great when you are out in the sun. Heck you can pound those all day as you dehydrate in the sun. But in the club
it is not so easy to consume 32 oz. of ice cream( 2 drinks ). A 12oz. blended Irish Mudslide is almost an automatic resale.
