Most bars wont have the vodka but you can substitute it for sailor jerry since they are close to the same thing only sailor jerry is rum. The bitters does add an extra panache to this. Had a drink before did this one last new years eve that had horseradish vodka in it and let me tell you it cleaned my system out and if i had a cold it would have done wonders. The licorice schnapps and the kahlua doesn't look appetizing but me in a thong doesn't either. See y'all in 2011 and be safe on new years' eve.
