The limoncello can be overly powerful which cutting the amount down for this wouldn't be a bad idea as if added after the spiced rum the 2 would clash. So if you do an ounce of limoncello adding it at the end is best way to not only make in pleasant to smell but keeps it from any possible clashes. Quintessence is made out of bitter oranges and can go good with the cranberry ginger ale.
