Cocktail Recipe: Jamaican Punch Add to My Drinks
1/4 lb(s) Lump Sugar
1 quart(s) Tea (cool)
2 cup(s) Lemon Juice
1 quart(s) Gin
1 pint(s) Jamaican Rum (dark)
1 tsp(s) Angostura Bitters
1 quart(s) Ginger Ale (chilled)
Some - Orange(s)

Rub sugar lumps on the oranges so they may absorb the oil from the orange rind. Place the sugar in a punch bowl. Add the cool tea and mix until the sugar has dissolved. Add the lemon juice, gin, rum, and bitters. When ready to serve, pour in the ginger ale. Add a large block of ice and garnish with mint, cherries, orange slices, etc.
