Boil the 3 cups of water and add the 3 packets of jello while still stiring. It is best to use 2 people because jello needs to be stired non stop. After all jello has been added stir for another 2 mins then add the everclear (vodka may also be used). Stir for another minute and then pour into dixie cups or shot glasses or even jello molds. This is the first Jello Shooter recipe that I have ever used that the jello actually got hard enough to use jello molds.
