Add both gin and lime juice into a shaker glass, and shake hard with ice, breaking up the ice slightly. Strain into a CHILLED stemmed/martini/highball glass and garnish with a slice of lime. This drink is no good unless it's very cold, so hold it by the stem of the glass as to not warm it with your hands.
