Well, seeing as there were no topics posted in here...I thought I'd begin.
This is a story of the first time I drank so much I blacked out. It began as an innocent enough night. I was hanging out with some friends just outside Ocean City, NJ (which is a dry town in case you don't know). Can't recall the name of the bar we were in, but we were drinking at the upstairs bar in the place. One of the girls in the crew I was with was marking the drinks I had on my hand with a pen. We started that around the 5th drink. I was probably 21-22 at the time and still wasn't great at gauging how I should drink or when I should stop. I was mixing beer, mixed drinks and shots. I got to 10 drinks when it reached last call at 2am. One of the guys mentioned that we could keep drinking until 4am if we went up the coast to Margate. So off we went. We pulled onto a mostly empty street in Margate and parked. One car parked correctly, the guy I rode with parked facing the traffic flow direction (this is key to the story). We got to the bar and continued drinking. I believe I had 6 more drinks at this bar. I definitely know I was flip-flopping between shots of Black Haus and Gin & Tonics. I remember stumbling to the bathroom, vaguely remember walking back to the car, am told I fell on the girl who had been writing on my hand, and remember being face down on the concrete with sand in my mouth...vomiting.
The next morning I awoke with one of the worst hangovers of my life, wondering where my shirt was along with my contacts and my wallet. I found my wallet and contacts and was told my shirt had been used to clean up the car of the guy who drove me back to where we were staying. I was also informed that the guy who parked backwards had his car towed for parking against traffic. Thusly, we had to go to the police station in Margate so he could get his car out of impound. Oh yeah, this is also where I had my run in with the sidewalk and got sand in my mouth while vomiting...I was in front of the police station. Luckily for me, no cops came out during this little incident and I went back with my friends and passed out safely instead of spending the night in jail for public intoxication.
I also had to call out of work the next day, because there was no WAY I would've been able to work with a hangover like that. It lasted 2 days! |

| Except if all your "friends" took pictures and remind you of your incident at least once a month. |

nice story. how old were u? my first real bad experiance was at 16. whole bottle of cougar. passed out on a major road in the gutter in the middle of the city and nearly got hit by a tram. also at this time my mate got punched in the face 3 times by a chick. don't remember it but saw the blood on his shirt the next mornin. Got to basketball the next night and discovered that i had a multitude of scratches on my back.
All up it was a good night |
