| my friends and i changed the "20 sips" for the winner instead of that the losers have to drink the amount shown on the winning card. for example if you are spades and you get a 6 of spades to finish the race, everyone who didn't pick the ace of spades must drink 6. |

| We play a slightly more flexible model. People bet a number of sips on a suit, then immediately drink that many sips. If they win, they have 3x that number to distribute as they see fit. I.e., if I bet 7 and won, I could give 13 to one person and 8 to another (total 21). |

| this game can also involve gambling if the participants are into that. let anyone bet on the games, while the house collects a certain amount from each race...its a great way to make your money back if you supplied the beer or to make money to get more beer |
