Whenever Elaine talks about complete nonsense - drink once
Whenever Jerry whines about something (besides during stand up), drink once
Whenever anyone is on a cell phone - drink once (if there somewhere where they can use a regular phone, i.e. Jerry's Apartment, drink twice)
Whenever Geroge complains about his job - Drink once
Whenever a joke is started, but the punchline is not said drink twice
Drink three times when a punchline is mentioned without the begining of the joke.
If watching on TV, when a commerical for the network you are watching drink twice, if your watching FOX, only once if your watching TBS (because TBS usually has two short commericals for tBS during the breaks)
