Okay, everyone knows Power Hour is a shot of beer a minute for one hour (60 minutes = 60 shots). The power minute is simple, get a very large cup or mug (we used a blender). Fill the cup/mug/blender with 60 shots of beer. The individual attempting this then has one minute to finish the contents of the cup/mug/blender.
