| supplys: 2-6 people (4 is best), pack of cards, at least three beers per person. "when i played i drank five"
Sit in a circle and shuffle then deal the whole deck to all the players face down. keep the cards face down like in war. each player takes a turn(counter-clockwise)to flip out the top card face up onto the table. the game starts when two cards are out face up.
if the two cards match by either, face value or suit, you and the previous person must drink for a certain amount of time depending on the card you placed down(explained later)
and play follows the third player plays his/her card if this card matches the previous card then they must drink. in this situation since the first and second card match then all three must drink because it is a chain and it keeps going, so if the forth card matches (By either suit or face value) the third card then all four players must drink if the chin is broken by a non-matching card no one has to drink.
Drinking takes place by face value of the card.
number cards = face value in seconds of drinking time
J= 11sec
Q= 12sec
K= 13sec
A= 14sec
so if john plays a Js, and susie plays a 2s then john drinks for 11 seconds and susie drinks for 2. if a chain continues arround all players involved must drink the amount of time there card says
play continues around until no cards are left. if you want to play agin just shuffle the cards and play.
Game is called electricity because it keeps going unless chain is broken. |
