Simple rules. As many people as you want stand around a trash can. You each drink a beer a minute. If you don't finish your beer in the minute or if you throw up, you are out of the game. Last man standing wins.
This game is often used to settle disputes between two people, and some have stayed in the thunderdome for nearly twenty minutes.
