Everyone gets a cup in front of them and fills it up as much as they want to. There is also a cup in the middle of the table also a 1/4 of the way to begin the first round. To start the round everyone must click their cups together in the middle and then the last person to flip their cup has to drink the cup in the middle. After the loser drinks the cup in the middle they fill it up however much they want and the next round goes on.
