It's pretty simple first you need a ceiling fan and an appropriate amount of people to make a circle in the fan equipped room. Next you need a bottle of fireball or whiskey or whatever your into, then you take an empty can and put it into the fan.. while its on. whoever the can hits drinks and throws the can in the fan again.
