Play the game normally, only when you are damaged, you take a drink. Cards that do a lot of damage cause a lot of drinking, so the game can easily be ended in a few hands if your decks are built right. You “die” and the game is over when your drink is empty. Cards that give you back life, causes your opponent to drink instead.
