Pretty Simple. Really only one Rule. Every Time Anybody says "FUCK" You take a drink.
Depending on your drink size, you go through several beers. With average Drink sizes You should consume about 5-6 beers per person.
Hint: On some sections it is easier to count the number of times FUCK is said and then pause the movie and drink.
