As many players as you want and lots of beer. Start dealing single cards face up around the table until someone gets an ace. The person that gets an ace says "ace" and drinks one. Then you collect all the cards dealt except for the ace and start dealing out cards again until you get the 2 then the person with ace says ace and drinks and the person with the 2 says 2 and drinks. This continues until you get to the king. You can also play megadeath where you go to the king and come back down to ace, so when the king is dealt you look for a queen and once the queen is dealt both people with the queen cheer and drink and you do that for every card until you get back to ace.
