If at any stage you hold your drink in your hand that you write with, and someone calls "Buffalo!" you have to down the drink and buy another one. So if you're right handed, no right-handed drinking and vice versa for lefties.

In this game you need to be vigilant. Also you don't need to be drinking alcohol, it can be anything from water, to red bull (intense). To be played at all times!
