Beware of this game because it will destroy you. All you will need is two decks of cards without jokers. You then split the two decks into three roughly equal piles and line them up side-by-side. Number the piles 1-3 and then draw a card. Depending from what pile you draw from affects the drinks.
From Pile 1 take the number of the card (even if it is a face card like a Queen is a 12) and multiply by one, then drink that many drinks.
From Pile 2 take the number of the card and multiply by two, then drink that many drinks.
From Pile 3 take the number of the card and multiply by three, then drink that many drinks.
Example:
I draw a King from Pile 3. I have to take 39 drinks.
Note that aces are low because a King is bad enough and its easier to play somewhere you don't mind passing out at too.
