When its you an a couple buddies just hanging out, getting ready for the night or whatever...
Take turns going around and making random toasts to stuff, drinking one or a few big drinks per toast, making one toast after another. Very simple, and sounds boring but it can get funny as hell if you are with some of your closer friends and you can toast to inside jokes and dog on each other and what not. Once people start feeling buzzed they can come up with some funny shit. for example, my buddies and i would just toast to dumb shit we have done or experienced in the past, making fun of each other or remembering some good times.
Again, just a very simple way to get drunk with no rules, you can make it as fun as you want..all you need is brew.
