Drinking Game: Egyptian Rat Screw Add to My Games
Everyone sits in a circle and the dealer deals to everyone until there are no more cards. You cannot look at your cards. The player to the left of the dealer starts by putting down a card. Then the player to the left of him puts down a card on top of the other one. This continues around the circle forming a pile in the middle.

Now, if player 1 puts down a card and the player after him puts down a card with the same number on it, it’s called a double and everyone must try to slap the pile of cards. The player who slaps the pile first gets to keep all the cards that were in the pile. Everyone else drinks. The object is to be the player who ends up with all of the cards at the end of the game.

Special Instructions:

- If a player puts down a Jack, the player after him gets one try to put down a face card (or an Ace) – if he fails he drinks one and the player who put down the Jack keeps the pile.

- If a player puts down a Queen, the player after him gets two tries to put down a face card (or an Ace) – if he fails he drinks two and the player who put down the Queen keeps the pile.

- If a player puts down a King, the player after him gets three tries to put down a face card (or an Ace) – if he fails he drinks three and the player who put down the King keeps the pile.

- If a player puts down an Ace, the player after him gets four tries to put down a face card (or an Ace) – if he fails he drinks and the player who put down the Ace keeps the pile.

- If a player puts down a Jack, Queen, King, or Ace and the next player is trying to get a face card and runs out of cards he is out of the game and must finish his drink. Then the player after him has to finish for him by putting down the remaining number of tries from his own hand. Then the game continues.

- Another rule for slapping (besides doubles) is sandwiches. (ex- 3…7…3 or 9…2…9). These can also be slapped and the first one to slap keeps the pile.

- If a player slaps the pile and there was no doubles or sandwiches…he must drink 5 and sacrifice 3 cards.

- Any one who is not playing the game can join in at any time by watching for doubles or sandwiches and slapping their way into the game.
